If you are reporting a problem, please specify whether you are using Mac OS X or Windows and provide a detailed explanation of the problem, including exactly what you're doing or trying to do and any error messages you see.

If you are reporting a problem with grade computation or if you are having trouble opening a class, please attach the actual class as an email attachment.
